Funeral services for Etha Fay Grayson age 83, of Livingston, will held Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 3:00 PM at the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Hood officiating with interment to follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston. Pallbearers will be Jerry Ellison, Joseph Baggett and Rex Munson.

She was born July 10, 1927 in Gary, Texas the daughter of Willie E. Parker and Verna Johnson Parker and passed away December 29, 2010 at her home in Livingston.

She is survived by her husband John H Grayson of Livingston, Johnny Grayson, son of Center, Texas, Janice Frankum, daughter of Alvin, Texas, Sue Presley, daughter of Rosharon, Texas, Gale Dean Parker, brother of Livingston, Reba Murphy, sister of Corrigan, Texas, Lavada Wright, sister of Corrigan. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
