Funeral services for Etheline (Ethel) McMillian Fregia Huff, 91, of Kerrville, Texas, will be held Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Big Sandy Community Church in Big Sandy, Texas with Pastor Fred Alford officiating. Interment will follow in the Big Sandy Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the service begins at 10:00 a.m. in the Big Sandy Community Church.
Etheline (Ethel) McMillan Fregia Huff left her home on earth for her spiritual home on May 30, 2018 in Kerrville, Texas at the age of 91. Ethel was born on April 14, 1927 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Washington McMillan and Vina Howard McMillan; and siblings, Alfred Albert McMillan, George Washington (Buster) McMillan, Jr., Fairy Aline Maze, and Gustine Dunn. Also preceding her in death were husbands, Virgil Fregia and Gene Huff; son, Larry Virgil Fregia; and grandsons, Clint Russel Rigby and Shane Alax Rigby.
Ethel is survived by daughters, Linda Fregia Rigby and husband, Gentry of Kerrville, Carol Fregia Pratka of Fredericksburg, and Vickie Fregia Nixon of Livingston; and grandchildren, Slade Rigby of Leakey, Kim Barrow of Goliad, Kerry Fisher and husband, Eric of Hardin, Tom Nixon of Conroe, and Dalton Nixon of Livingston. Surviving great-grandchildren are Lauren Barrow Fischer and husband, Brandon of Goliad, Dillon Barrow of Goliad, Guy Rigby and wife, Nikki of Corpus Christi, Hayze Fisher and wife, Kaitlyn of Liberty, Holden Fisher, and Hayden Fisher of Hardin. Surviving great-great grandchildren are Kaydence Rigby of Corpus Christi, and Carter, Rylinn, and Journey Fischer of Goliad. She is also survived by sister, Doris Maxine Stanford Woods of Livingston and many, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Pallbearers are Slade Rigby, Tom Nixon, Dalton Nixon, Hayze Fisher, Holden Fisher, Dillon Barrow, Guy Rigby and Eric Fisher.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
