Evelyn Marie Vines, 84, of Livingston, Texas was born January 6, 1940 in Lewisville, Texas and passed away August 31, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Olaf Payne and Hester (Brown) Payne.

Evelyn is survived by her son, Mark Vines of Spring, Texas; granddaughters, Abby Vines Mechler and Carina Vines Mechler; grandson, Christian Vines Mechler; and husband, Henry Weldon Vines of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
