Graveside services for Fay Smith Bell, 89, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, December 2, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the Oates Cemetery in Leggett, Texas.
Fay Smith Bell was born July 27, 1930 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Lexa L. Smith and Iva (Darby) Smith, and passed away November 30, 2019 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Joe N. Bell.
