Funeral services for Faye Louise O'Neal, 82, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, January 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Brent Stovall officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.

Faye Louise O'Neal was born March 6, 1938 in Navasota, Texas to parents Othal Van Howten and Lois (Hammack) Van Howten and passed away on January 12, 2021 in Livingston, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delbert O'Neal, Sr.; sons, Leslie Ray O'Neal, Jr. and Delbert O'Neal, "Jr"; daughters, Deborah Dorris and Shirley Spinks; great-grandson, Tyler Michael Hendricks.

Faye is survived by her daughter, Florence Lopez and husband,  Charles of Hankamer, Texas; son-in-law, Roy Spinks of Joaquin, Texas; sisters, Shirley Goodney of Willis, Texas and Dollie Haase of Bebe, Texas; brothers, James Van Howten of Sheridan, Texas, William

Van Howten and Betty of Shiro, Texas, Robert Van Howten of Magnolia, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
