Graveside services for Fleta Raye Manning, 79, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grounds Cemetery in Crockett, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating.
Mrs. Manning was born July 14, 1935 in Houston, Texas to parents, Bert Pennock Ward and Raye (Ashworth) Ward, and passed away January 25, 2015 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Manning; son, David Wayne Manning; brothers, Burt Ward, Emory Ward; sisters, Darlene Hale, Mary O'Brien.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene Proffitt and Sam of Onalaska, Texas; grandchildren, David Wayne Manning, Jr. and Dawn, Fleta Nicole Luther and Andy, Samantha Manning, Jennifer Proffitt, Jessica Arzola and Eric, Joanna Proffitt, Nicole Wise, Heather Henigan and Chris; daughter-in-law, Pam Manning of Humble, Texas; great-grandchildren, Madalynn Manning, Todd Mills Jr., Eric Mills, Brandon Mills, Delilah Ray, Dustin Hennigan, Brooklyn Hennigan; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
