Obituary
Flossie was born on October 25, 1938 in Noble County, Indiana and passed away on March 13, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Club and Lion's Club in Livingston. She was a truck driver and a very avid bowler during her lifetime. She lived with Mark and Linda Hyland of Onalaska, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mildred (Huser) Targgart; husband, Richard Smith; and one brother.
She is survived by her daughter, three sons, two grandchildren, three sisters, and three brothers; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
