Frances Barbee, age 69 of Livingston, Texas, passed away on July 23, 2012, at her home. She was born on November 2, 1942, in Waxahachie, Texas, to parents, William Emmett Lawrence and Selma Jordan Lawrence.
Mrs. Barbee is preceded in death by her parents, son, James Edward Barbee; and two brothers, Nelson Lawrence and Tom Lawrence. She is survived by her husband, Jay Barbee of Livingston, Texas; son, Nelson Barbee of Livingston, Texas; and sister, Jane Ellis of Maypearl, Texas.
Graveside services will be held at Maypearl Cemetery in Maypearl, Texas at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 28, 2012. Rev. Ronnie Wiggins will conduct the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude' Children' Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
