She was preceded in death by her parents, Seamon Flores and Rafalia Ramona Valdez; sons, Jesse Marinez and Pete Anthony Martinez; son-in-law, Ronald brooks; brothers, Raymond Flores and wife Ann, and Alex Flores; and sister, Delores Redden and Mary Ann Flores.

Frances is survived by her sons, Frank David Martinez and wife Yolunda, and Bill Allen Marinez and wife Jeanie; daughters, Margaret Brooks and Julia Ann Martinez; daughters-in-law, Shirley Martinez and Rebecca Martinez; grandchildren, Otis, Jessica, Brett, Erica, Mattie, Kimberly, Derek, Darin, Dillon, Billy, Brittany, Shannon, Ashley, Mary Frances, Margaret, and Marissa; 23 great grandchildren; and sisters, Julia Duke, Virginia Taylor, Kathy Fernandez, Rosie Hallas, and Gloria Flores; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
