Funeral services for Frances Dean Thomas Stastny, 97, of Livingston, Texas will be held Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Family Life Church in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Cary Baskin officiating. Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation will be held Friday, May 2, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Frances was born February 8, 1928 in Houston, Texas and passed away April 26, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lester Thomas and Mittie Celia (Tompkins) Thomas; and brother, John Edwin Stastny.

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy Thatcher and husband Donald; granddaughter, Shawna Thomas; and great grandchildren, Brooke Tumlinson and husband Wyatt, Cameron Thomas, Brylee Thomas, Callen Thomas, and a great granddaughter on the way; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Tim Blum, Robert Blum, Lynn Blum, Dustin Duncan, Thomas Blum, and Robert Wylie.
