Funeral services for Frank Kennedy ""Bob"" Bullard age 82 of Livingston, Texas will be Saturday July 16, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Pallbearers are Keith Bullard, Joshua N. Bullard, Shaun N. Bullard, Thadeus David Kittelson, Frank Shane Kittelson, Justin Kennedy Vogel. Bob was born June 22, 1929 in Bonham, Texas the son of Frank James Bullard and Quincy Rooselvet Petty and passed away July 10, 2011 in Livingston, Texas.

Bob sometimes exhibited a gruff exterior, yet those who knew him recognized a caring, generous man who had unbounded love and loyality for his family and friends. A man of integrity, he had a well-founded sense of right and wrong, passing those traits to his children and grandchildren. He was deeply committed to his family and work, yet also pursued his past times of hunting and fishing, working equally hard at each of them. Bob left a lasting legacy on the people he touched during his lifetime.

Bob is survived by Norma Bullard, Wife of Livingston, Texas, Robert Keith & Janet Bullard, Son and Daughter In-Law of Parker, Texas, Deborah G. & Dave Kittelson, Daughter and Son In-Law of Livingston, Texas, Linda Bullard Vogel, Daughter of Conroe, Texas, Grandchildren; Joshua N. Bullard, Shaun N. Bullard, Thadeus David Kittelson, Frank Shane Kittelson, Brittany Nicole Roberts, Justin Kennedy Vogel. 6 Great Grandchuldren and Henry Petty Cousin of Livingston, Texas.
