Frank D. Williams, age 95 of Livingston, Texas, passed away February 8, 2013, in Livingston, Texas. Mr. Williams was born on September 30, 1917, in Kingsville, Texas, to parents, Francis Dudley Williams Sr., and Maude Hannaway Williams. He served in the Army Air Force during WW II, honoring our country.
Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Eloise Wiggins Williams; three brothers, Kyle Williams, Dwight Williams and Fred Williams; and two sisters, Velma Lowry and Iva Burris. He is survived by two brothers, Alvin Dale Williams and Kenneth Williams, both of Corpus Christi, Texas; brother-in-law, William Wiggins of Signal Mt., Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
