Frederick ""Nubbin"" Cain, age 78 of Segno, Texas passed away on September 1, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. He was born on November 28, 1934 in Segno, Texas to parents John Wesley and Jessie Elizabeth (Sumrall) Cain.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents; wife, Neda Cain; son, Jerry Cain; sister, Novelle Cox; and brothers, Marshall and Vernon Cain. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Wesley Cain and Amy of Segno, Texas; son, Londie Cain of Segno, Texas; grandchildren, Lora Cain, John Cain, and Casey Cain, all of Segno, Texas; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

He will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers, Billy Williams, O.A. Cain, Pook Cain, Gary Holland, Michael Cain, and Virgil Cain. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Williams, Abe Cox, Don Griffin, and Ben Acre.

Services for Frederick ""Nubbin"" Cain will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Rev. Mitchell Murphy will be officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 5:00 PM also at Cochran Funeral Home.
