Memorial services for Mr. Garnon Eddie Wood, 74, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021 in the Heaven Bound Believers Church located at 535 CR 2701 in Cleveland, Texas which is located in the Big Thicket Lake Estates subdivision.

Mr. Garnon Eddie Wood, 74, of Livingston, Texas was born June 9, 1946 in San Augustine, Texas to parents, John Andrew Wood and Mattie Jane (Armstrong) Wood, and passed away February 3, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robin Wood; daughter, Jane Marsh; and mother of their children, Lily Ann Wood Ross. During his life, Garnon was a logger and logged all over East Texas. He gave his heart to Jesus several months prior to his passing and is now waiting in Heaven for us to join him.

He is survived by his sons, Asa Andrew Wood and Garnon Eddie "Bubba" Wood Jr. both of Livingston; brother, Johnny Dale Wood of Jasper; companion, Katherine Lindsey of Livingston; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He had a very special place in his heart for his dear friends and fellow logger, Chester Tanton and wife, Dedra.
