Obituary
Funeral services for Garvis Nell Busby, 85, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, January 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. David Busby officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Busby was born on August 3, 1929 to parents, Robert Jones Standley and Dora (Hillier) Standley, and passed away on January 26, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert Busby; and her sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Charles Malone of Thicket, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Delores and Mike Runyons of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Billie Busby of Nilwood, Illinois; son and daughter-in-law, David and Carla Busby, Sr. of Livingston, Texas; sister, Ruby Fay Porter of Baytown, Texas; brother, R.D. Standley of Houston, Texas; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
