Mr. Lowery was born on July 4, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia and passed away on June 11, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, John William Lowery and Raytha Pauline (Pullum) Lowery; nephew, Paul Lowery; and aunt, Edna Lowery Biddle.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnna (Davis) Lowery of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Christopher Anthony Lowery and Jackie of Tomball, Texas; son, William Allen Lowery of California; son, Isander Norat of California; son and daughter-in-law, Matthew Woolf and April of South Carolina; son and daughter-in-law, Mark Edward Woolf and Amie of Livingston, Texas; daughter-in-law, Sonia Norat; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol Yvonne Clark and Larry Williams of Romayor, Texas and Vickie Lynn Collins and Melvin Ramey of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Jaina Reann Lowery, Ashlyn Michael Lowery, Klarissa Norat, Selena Norat, Miguel Sandoval, Saige Marie Woolf, Amanda Jolee Woolf, Chayton Woolf, and Chaleton Woolf; special friends, John and Virginia Dailey; niece and husband, Kim and Al Bell; nephew and wife, John and Vanessa Clark; niece and husband, Amber and Pete Gonzales; niece and husband, Dianna Collins and Carl Jackson; niece, Sherry Ramey; nephew, Wesley Ramey; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
