Funeral services for Geneva Rosine "Rose" Handley, 76, of Livingston, Texas will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at Union Springs Cemetery in Corrigan, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, December 30, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Rose was born September 16, 1948 in San Augustine, Texas and passed away December 24, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Handley; and parents, James Franklin McGee and Mildred Magdalena McGee.

She is survived by her son, Ray Cain and wife Donna of Huntsville, Texas; daughters, Charlotte Barker and husband Mark and Adrena Gilbert, all of Livingston, Texas; son, Stacey Handley of Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren, Blake Meshell, Lauren McAdams, Savannah Barker, Alyssa Tolar, Chase Gilbert, and Wendy Smith and husband Chris; great grandchildren, Clayton Meshell, Aidan Sanchez, Caleb Sanchez, Aria Meshell, Hadley Tolar, Braxton Tolar, Reece Tolar, Julias Hough, Jermiah Lee, and one more on the way; sister, Pearl McGee Johnson of Saratoga, Texas; and brothers, Jimmy Earl McGee and wife Pat of Sour Lake, Texas and Jerry McGee; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
