Funeral services for Genevieve M. "Lolly" David, 82, of Point Blank, Texas will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Point Blank with Father Kim Nuygen officiating. Interment will be held at 2:30 PM, that afternoon, at Forest Park Lawndale in Houston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, with a rosary beginning at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.

Mrs. David was born on December 17, 1931 in Rosenberg, Texas and passed away on April 14, 2014 in Point Blank, Texas. She worked as a broker in the real estate industry during her lifetime. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Theresa (Krolczyk) Sopczak; son, Joseph Frank David, Jr.; and sister, Anatalie Dvorak.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Frank David, Sr. of Point Blank, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Michael David and Debby of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Pam Ambrose of Point Blank, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth David and Bessie of Nassau Bay, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Frank David and Karen of Point Blank, Texas; grandchildren, Michael Keathe David, Brian James David, Angela Vassallo, Michael Dedwylder, Lisa David, Jessica Owens, Carrie Michelle Grimes, Anatalie Nicole David, Wesley Aaron David, Daniel David, and April Stanley; great-grandchildren, Shane David, Cobi David, Colten Calvit, Whitney Dedwylder, Wyatt Dedwylder, Michael McClenny, Jacob McClenny, and Mason Brewer; great-great-grandson, Mikal London David; brother and sister-in-law, Chester Sopczak and Shirley of Houston, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. David will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers, Keathe David, Brian David, Daniel David, David Dvorak, Randy Dvorak, and Dalton Dvorak.
