Memorial services for George Robert "Bob" Price, 74, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, April 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Bob was born June 2, 1947 in Vernon, Texas to parents, Marvin Leslie Price Jr. and Jennie Marie (Brock) Price, and passed away April 10, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

During his life, Bob proudly served numerous communities working in law enforcement. He started his lengthy career with the Lubbock Police Department. Bob started with Polk County Sheriff's Department in the 1980's. Since then, he also served as a probation officer and as a bailiff for the 411th District Judge Robert Hill Trapp.

He is survived by his wife, Luanna Price; daughters, Susan R. Wiggins and Sara E. McMinn and husband, Davis; grandchildren, Erin W. Fritts, Kirk A. Wiggins, Samuel P. McMinn, and Devin A. McMinn; great-grandchildren, Isabelle Rei-Lyn Fritts, Abigayil Fritts, and Walker Earl Fritts; sister, Patti Price Daniels and husband, Larry; nephew, Scott Taliaferro and wife, Adrian; niece, Stacy Barnes and husband, Kriston; great-nephews, Simon Taliaferro, Tobin Barnes, and Tayden Barnes; along with numerous cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
