Gerald Francis McCarty, 89, of Livingston, Texas was born June 29, 1934 in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away March 30, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Stokley McCarty and Ann Marie (Bosnack) McCarty.

Gerald is survived by his wife, Roberta McCarty of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Heather McCarty Cuthrell and husband James of Houston, Texas and Shannon McCarty Banuelos and husband Carlos of Ontario, California; grandchildren, Clare Marie Cuthrell, Catherine Rebekah Cuthrell, and Peter David Cuthrell; and sister, Caroline Ann McCarty Eads and husband Richard of Richardson, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
