Memorial services for Gerald Ray Scott, 54, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2021 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Mitchell Murphy officiating.

Gerald was born October 4, 1966 in Houston, Texas to parents, Marvin Wayne Scott Sr. and Doris Ann (Brownwell) Scott, and passed away September 28, 2021 in Scottsboro, Alabama.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Ann Scott, and brother, Wayne Scott.

He is survived by father, Marvin Wayne Scott of Alabama; sons, Travis Scott of Conroe, Texas and Corey Scott of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Brandi Cornell and husband Robert of Diboll, Texas and Shayna Scott of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Karen Scott of Lufkin, Texas and Alice Scott and Eugene of Lufkin, Texas; brother, Calvin Scott of Lufkin, Texas; and grandsons, Garron Scott, Roger Scott, and Lucas Cornell; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
