Gerald is survived by his parents, Don and Cynthia Thomas of Livingston, Texas; sister, Stacy Lynn Jennings and husband Mark of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Joley Fleitas and Esteban, Chloe Faulkner; grandson, Jack Fleitas, all of Magnolia, Texas; and wife, Angie Faulkner Thomas of Conroe, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
