Memorial services for Geraldine Hilliard Newman age 80 of Onalaska, Texas will be held Sunday April 17, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating.
She was born August 7, 1930 in Port Arthur, Texas the daughter of Jesse W. Hilliard and Effie Wooley Hilliard and passed away April 7, 2011 in Conroe, Texas.
She is survived by Joseph R. Newman, husband of Onalaska, Texas, Jerilyn Pennell and David Pennell, daughter and son in law of Austin, Texas, Joellen Tipton and Cullen Tipton, daughter and son in law of Onalaska, Texas, grandchildren, Erin Pennell Zamore, Joel Pennell, Connor Tipton, and Kaitlyn Tipton. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
