Memorial services for Geraldine Carol Todd, 83, of Shepherd, Texas will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Assembly of God Church in Shepherd, Texas with Rev. James Hilton officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in West Virginia.

Mrs. Todd was born May 11, 1934 in Wynona, West Virginia to parents, Roy Lovell Seelinger and Merle (Matics) Seelinger, and passed away July 17, 2017 in Shepherd, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Randolph Todd; son, Randolph Calvin Todd; and brother, Jack Seelinger.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Robert Rice of Shepherd, Texas; son and friend, Michael Todd and Debbie Wilson of West Virginia; adopted daughter, Hazel Skivers of Montana; grandchildren, James Rice and Jessie Dean, David Rice and Leanna, Rebeka Rice, and Michael Paul Rice; great grandchildren, Paisley Rice, Olivia Rose Rice, Colton Dean, brother and sister-in-law, Robert Seelinger and June; sister, Nancy Crist; sister, Betty Lehman, brother and sister-in-law, John Seelinger and Sandra; sister, Pamela Seelinger Bragg; special friends, Beverly Dale and Sissy Everett; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
