Obit for Gilbert Dean ""Big Unc"" Criswell
On January 18, 2012, God saw he was getting tired so He placed His loving arms around him and whispered in his ear, ""come home My son.""
Gilbert Dean Criswell was born February 9, 1970, to the late Lewis and Dorothy Criswell. He attended the Coldspring-Oakhurst School District and was a graduate of the class of 1988. Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Dorothy Criswell, his grandparents, Sherman and Carrie Wyatt and Jessie and Georgia Criswell.
Gilbert leaves to cherish his memories, his sister Sophia Miller, two nephews, Quincy and Jahmon Henderson; one aunt, Shirley Allen (Ira) of Point Blank, TX; two uncles, Clarence Wyatt (Nettie) of Pittsburg, CA; Andrew Womack (Minne) of Blanchard, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, TX. Interment will follow at Todd Robinson Cemetery in Point Blank, TX
