Gisela Payne, 73, of Cleveland, Texas, was born February 1, 1950 in Kiel, Germany, and passed away June 30, 2023 in Cleveland, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Andrew Payne; and daughter, Theresa Willette.

She is survived by her son, James Andrew Payne Jr. of Tarkington, Texas; daughter, Elizabeth Payne of Romayer, Texas; granddaughters, Scout Payne, Christine Kemp, Cassie Kemp, and Katherine Kemp; and grandson, Andrew Payne; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
