Graveside services for Gordon Lee Dodd, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Antioch Cemetery in Lovelady, Texas with James O'Neil officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Dodd was born March 27, 1939 in Baytown, Texas and passed away February 4, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ted Louis Dodd and Mabel Juanita (Greer) Dodd; and sister, Peggy Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Opal Dodd of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy Walker and Mark Kayser of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Vanessa Dodd-Martinez of Crockett, Texas; grandchildren, Shamica Burson of Livingston, Texas, Chelsea Robertson and Ben of Tomball, Texas, Michael Walker and Shawna of Splendora, Texas, Marley Jones and David of Onalaska, Texas, Matt Stovall of Dallas, Texas, and Max Stovall of Galveston, Texas; great grandchildren, Dylan Burson and Lindy, Taylor Martin and Tarius, Payslee Gilbert, Brandon Strokos, Mason Robertson, Gavin Beard, Bain Walker, Kali Jones, Kaleb Theriot; brother, Ted "Bubba" Dodd Jr.; sisters, Aranna Cox and Patricia Dodd; and special friend, Martha Harvey; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
