Guy Ellsworth Conrow, age 84, passed early Saturday morning on August 13, 2022 from liver disease. Guy had multiple occupations in his early life. He was a lifelong mechanic, a plumber, a water plant manager, and a fleet crew manager. Guy served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He talked about working in the hospital changing baby diapers, swaddling, and feeding. Guy instilled in his children to do their best at whatever they endeavored. "If you're going to be a garbage man, be the best damn garbage man." Early to bed, early to rise makes a man. Guy believed in utilizing every minute productively and was continuously working on projects around the house in his retirement, until he was too ill to do so. He was also a big foodie who loved taking his family on mini-vacations to enjoy various restaurants that he had found online. He enjoyed watching Guy Fieri's Diner's, Drive-In's, and Dives even in the end whenever he wasn't able to enjoy solid foods.

Guy is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Ellsworth Conrow and Dorothy (Guy) Conrow; brother, Thomas Gregory Knack; and late wife, Agatha Conrow.

He is survived by his wife, Debra A. Conrow of Trinity, Texas; son, Timothy Gerald Conrow and Karen of Jaffrey, New Hampshire; daughter, Tammy Ann McMahon and Scott of Spring, Texas; daughter, Marissa Ann Green and Curtis of Huntsville, Texas; granddaughter, Tori Christoffel; grandsons, Tanner McMahon and Tyler Conrow; granddaughter on the way, Isabelle Rose Green; and sister, Jean Joy Conrow Pillion of Chicago, Illinois; along with numerous other family and friends.
