Harold Richard Fisel, age 90, of Goodrich, Texas was born February 2, 1921 to Carl Fisel and Vera Huff Fisel and passed away on September 17, 2011 in Livingston, Texas.
He is survived by Julia Strogie, daughter, of Goodrich, Texas, Connie Caban, daughter, of Rome, Maine, Greg Caban, grandson, of Rome, Maine. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
