Harold Charles Vance, 80, of Groveton, Texas was born May 4, 1944 in Ville Platte, Louisiana and passed away May 20, 2024 in Groveton, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Oleta Vance; and several siblings.

Harold is survived by his daughters, Melinda Nicklas and husband Richard of Livingston, Texas and Cynthia Jenkins and husband Ricky of Woodville, Texas; and grandchildren, Malainia Bartt and husband Joseph of Onalaska, Texas, Blake Jenkins of Woodville, Texas, and Sara Abshire and husband Kirby of Woodville, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
