Harry James Lee Carter was born January 16, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio and passed away on March 25, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded by his parents, William Eli Carter, Sr., and Bonnie Jean (Dorman) Carter; and sister Sherry Carter.

He is survived by his loving wife, Danielle Carter of Trinity, Texas; son, Corey Carter; daughter, Amber Carter; sons, Dustin Carter, Steven Carter and T.J. Carter, all of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Bunny Carter Newport Richey, Florida; brother, William Eli Carter, JR. of Byer Ohio; and 10 grandchildren; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
