Visitation for Hattie Sue Foster, 70, of Livingston, Texas and will be held Monday, March 11, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Foster was born August 17, 1948 in Houston, Texas to parents, Randal C. Stephens and Billie Sue (Holmes) Stephens, and passed away March 3, 2019 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Frank Stephens; and husband, David Earl Dalton.

She is survived by her son, Kirk Tilden Foster of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Kristin Regina Foster of Memphis, Texas; granddaughter, Kayla Renee Foster of Memphis, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Mozell and Ronnie Smith of Houston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne and Steve Johnson of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, James and Angela Stephens of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Randie and Gary Jeansonne of Houston, Texas; and sister and brother-in-law, Yvette and Greg Phillips of Freeport, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
