Hazel Racine Sanford, age 57 of Leggett, Texas passed away on July 23, 2013 in Leggett. Hazel was born on February 16, 1956 in Houston, Texas to parents, Lawrence Francis King and Mildred Harrison Nickerson.
Hazel is preceded in death by both of her parents and her sister, Frankie Lucille Thomas. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amina Kazi and Khalid of Pakistan; brother and sister-in-law, William King and Carolyn of Leggett, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Cathy Dettenhaim and John of Leggett, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Fern Brow and Harold of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy Watson and Floyd of Porter, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Cindy Williams and James of Leggett, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Services for Hazel Racine Sanford will be held Saturday, July 27, 2013, at 2:00 PM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Rev. Fred Huff will be officiating. Interment will follow at Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 26, 2013, at 5:00 PM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
