Funeral services for Helen Ailene Daugherty, 90, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston with Pastor Mike Hooper officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Rose Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation will take place on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Helen was born May 23, 1935 in Telephone, Texas and passed away July 28, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar D. Leverton and Dora Murl Hamrick Leverton; husband, Roy Daugherty; brothers, Waymon Leverton, Floyd Leverton, and J.C. Leverton.

She is survived by her sons, Lonny Turner and wife Delores of Lubbock, Texas, Larry Turner of Taylor Lake Village, Texas, Lowell Turner and wife Rita of Houston, Texas, Leland Turner and wife Tersa of Lubbock, Texas, and Roy Daugherty Jr. and wife Glenda of Fayetteville, North Carolina; daughter, Dianna Mathews and husband Raymond; 13 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and sister, Juanita Calvin of Missouri; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
