Services for Henrietta Austin Poncho, 73, of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June1, 2023 at First Texas Indian Baptist Church in Livingston with Bro. Kerry Baxley officiating. Interment will follow at the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation will be held at the church on the day of service from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. following a procession beginning at 9:15 a.m. at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston.

Henrietta was born January 26, 1950 in Elton, Louisiana to parents, Melvin Austin and Dorothy Battise. She is preceded by her parents; granddaughter, Chastity Tess; husband, Needham Poncho; brothers, Claude Austin and Johnny Austin; and sisters, Viola Battise and Patsy Sylestine.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Poncho; sons, Eric Poncho and Elgin Poncho; granddaughters, Cayley Divine, Contessa Lynae and Caris Laci; and grandson, Chaston Daniel, all of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Alissa Charlene; and grandson, Jermaine Colin, both of Warren, Texas; grandson, Anthony Blake of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Tara Ann of Shepherd, Texas; great grandson, Everett Weatherford; great granddaughters, Kaiyah Jailon, Makenna Laylyn, and Kiyanni Noelle; great grandson, Andrew Rain; great granddaughter, Emma Poncho; great grandson, Braylan Poncho; great granddaughter, Avalee Poncho; great grandson, Destan Poncho; great granddaughter, Mila Poncho, all of Livingston, Texas; sister, Windola John; and brother, Roger Austin, both of Elton Louisiana;  as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
