Funeral services for Howard Earl Williams, 64, of Point Blank, Texas, will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Steve Waldrep officiating. Interment will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. in the Knupple Park Cemetery in Silsbee, Texas. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. before the service begins in Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Williams was born December 27, 1949 in Beaumont, Texas to parents, Selman Earl Williams and Hazel Mae (Sanders) Williams, and passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in Point Blank, Texas. He was a member of the Waterwood Volunteer Fire Department for 14 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nina Viola Goins; niece, Felicia Williams; and nephew, Lee Ray Goins.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Lisa Williams of Point Blank, Texas; brother, Kenneth Williams of Woodville, Texas; stepbrother and wife, James and Debra Goins of Onalaska, Texas; nephew and wife, Robert and Jessica McCue of Oakhurst, Texas; niece and husband, Samantha and Brian Cosme of Waterwood, Texas; niece, Megan Mae Williams of Point Blank, Texas; niece, Morgan Williams of Vidor, Texas; niece and husband, Lanell and Scott Fountain of Silsbee, Texas; niece, Kimberly Gonzales of Silsbee, Texas; nephew, Milton Dewayne Jackson Jr. of Silsbee, Texas; nephew, Thomas Earl Jackson of Vidor, Texas; niece and husband, Robbie and Moe Ashmore of Burkeville, Texas; niece, Bobbie Medley of Burkeville, Texas; nephew, Thomas Glendon Goins of Burkeville, Texas; niece and husband, Judy and Joe Wallace of Onalaska, Texas; a host of great nieces and great nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
