Funeral services for Hunter Mabry Jones, 75, of Houston, Texas will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Big Sandy Cemetery in Dallardsville, Texas. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 P.M. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Jones was born December 27, 1942 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Harvey Mabry Jones and Lolene Annette (Shippey) Jones, and passed away February 10, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his daughter, Brandi Hendrix of Houston, Texas; sister, Judy Lantz of California; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lynn and Charlotte Hendrix of Big Sandy, Texas; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Flynn and Lilian Hendrix of Big Sandy, Texas; sister-in-law, Sally Hendrix of Livingston, Texas; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Carrie Hendrix of Houston, Texas; nephews, Greg Hendrix, Trent Hendrix, Travis Hendrix, Jason Hendrix, Joshua Hendrix, and Jessie Hendrix; niece, Stacy Gross; and 14 great-nieces and nephews; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
