Being a lover of fast food, especially junk food, Hunter was known as Chow Dog. Sequence was a favorite board game. He was interested in working out and keeping physically fit.

Among the many memorable things that Hunter left behind was his Bible, where he was actively seeking Jesus, earmarking his favorite scriptures and verses which meant something to him.
