Visitation for Ima Jean McRight Andries, 91, of Point Blank, Texas will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with a rosary beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Funeral Mass will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the St. Louis Catholic Church in Glenmora, Louisiana. Interment will be held at the Roselawn Cemetery in Glenmora, Louisiana.

Mrs. Andries was born August 1, 1934, in Glenmora, Louisiana and passed away August 19, 2025, in Livingston, Texas. She married Albert "Bill" Andries July 6, 1951, and they were married for 65 years. She became a Licensed Vocational Nurse and served in the medical field from 1975 to 2004.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert "Bill" William Andries; father, Angus McRight; mother, Una Collins McRight; siblings, Walter McRight, Hattie McDaniel, Gordan McRight, Norman McRight, Bonnie McRight, and Kenneth "Sonny" McRight; son, Johnny Andries; and daughter, Karen Andries Romolo.

Mrs. Andries is survived by her children, Charlotte Thornton, Keith Andries, Patricia Pate, Wanda Pilkington, Joseph "Danny" Andries; 18 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
