Funeral services for Irene Milner, 96, of Segno, Texas, will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Mitchell Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Milner was born January 18, 1925 in Polk County, Texas to parents, Jerone Kirb Moye and Patience Laviney (Collins) Moye, and passed away February 8, 2021, 2021 in Livingston, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Luther Frank Milner; and sons, Lonnie Frank Milner and Jay Milner.

She is survived by her daughters, Patsy Biano and husband, David of Cleveland, Peggy Williams and husband, John of Eastland; sons, Lewis Milner and wife, Barbara of Livingston, Luther Milner and wife, Cheryl of Segno; 14 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
