Obituary
A graveside service for Jack Caddel, 88, of Onalaska, Texas will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Don Wilkey officiating. Military honors will be provided by VFW Honor Guard Post #8568.
Mr. Caddel was born on October 28, 1925 in Uvalde County, Texas and passed away on February 8, 2014 in Onalaska, Texas. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and later worked for Diamond Shamrock in the oil and gas industry. He was a Methodist by faith and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Onalaska, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Harris and Eula (Sanderlin) Caddel; sisters, Ruth Click and Grace Massey; and brother, Bill Caddel.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Caddel of Onalaska, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Betty Caddel; son, Chad Caddel; daughter, Connie Beasley; daughter and son-in-law, Sandie and Jeff Mason; step-daughter and husband, Tabitha and Pete Lawrence; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society: P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718
