Mr. Lyles was born October 1, 1957 in Birmingham, Alabama to parents, Joseph Edward Lyles and Margaret Ann (Bridges) Lyles, and passed away on April 9, 2017 in Onalaska, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Danny Ray Lyle; sister, Miranda Ann Hammons; and brother, Joseph Allen Lyles.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Lyles of Onalaska, Texas;sons, Shawn Lyles of Huntsville, Texas and Jimmy Lyles of Texas City, Texas; step-sons, Heath Allemang of Onalaska, Texas and Robert Allemang of Conroe, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Mike Lyles of Spring, Texas; sisters, Cindy Michalk of Alvin, Texas, Jimmy Lyles of Salado, Texas, Donna Robbins of Onalaska, Texas, and Barbara Ann Vaughan of Houston, Texas; along with numerous other family and friends.
