Funeral services for Jack Thomas Neff, 56, of Livingston, Texas will be held Sunday, February 18, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. David Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Menard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Jack was born on April 9, 1961 in Pasadena, Texas, to parents, Jesse B. Neff and Cecilia (Marx) Neff, and passed away February 14, 2018 in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Olga Neff of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Maria and Patrick Warren of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Ninfa Segundo of Baytown, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Shane Burnett of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Brandon Rose of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Van and Tina Neff of Mont Belvieu, Texas; brother, J.B. Neff II of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, William and Kim Neff of Aurora, Missouri; brother and sister-in-law, Shannon and Sarah Howeth of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Theresa Mitchell of Richmond, Texas; grandchildren, Caleb Dumais and Liz, Taylor Warren and Sam, Rebecca Warren, Larry Urias, David Urias, Denise Urias, Brittany Ainsworth, Thomas Burnett, Jesse Burnett-Neff, Jase Burnett, Clara Rose, Erika Ramirez, J.R.
