Jackie Edward Ballance, 80, of Livingston, Texas was born June 14, 1942 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and passed away July 26, 2022 in Sulphur, Louisiana. He proudly served his country and retired from the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roland Lloyd Ballance and Mildred (Voliver) Ballance; and brother, R.L. Ballance.

Mr. Ballance is survived by his wife, Rose Dillon Ballance of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Connie Elizabeth Ballance Olden of Acton, Mississippi, Nora Louisa Ballance of Sulphur, Louisiana, Crystal Wisdom Keeler of Citrus Heights, California; grandsons, Kirk A. Cano, Jonathon Hilllhouse, Zach Olden, Alex Olden, Dillon Keeler; sister, Joyce Ballance of Shady Cove, Oregon; and brothers, Lloyd Ballance of Connecticut, and Ronnie Ballance of North Carolina; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
