Jackie Lee Williams was born March 12, 1948, in Glendale, Arizona, to parents, Jack Oscar Williams and Eva Marie (Crosswhite) Williams, and passed away January 29, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; son Jackie Oscar Williams; sister, Dorothy Raynor; brothers, Ray Houston Williams, Ken Allen Williams, and David W. Williams.

He is survived by his niece, Angela Baker of Splendora, Texas; brother, Willie Lloyd Williams, Sr. and wife, Ann, of Cleveland, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
