Funeral services for James Thomas Booth, 70, of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Curtis Hermes officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., before the service begins, in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

James Thomas Booth was born February 11, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents, Sammy Booth and Billie Jo (Hughen) Booth and passed away July 21, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Booth; daughter, Kelly Booth Turner; his parents; brother, Danny Booth; and sister, Debrah Jo Booth.

James is survived by his daughter, Bobbi Jo Booth of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Buddy Wayne and Pamela Denise Adams of Tatum, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, James Loyde and Stephanie Adams of Carthage, Texas; daughter, Shelly Ivey; grandchildren, Gretchen and Joel Hagler, Ryan and Rebecca Adams, Cassie Adams, Destnee Valderez, Trenton Lee Handley, Dawson Bell Courtney Turner, Zach Turner, Jerrica Ivey, Justin Ivey,  Troy Ivey, Whitney Waters and Justin Danzer; and 15 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
