Graveside services for James "Poncho" Crowson, 68, of Shepherd, Texas, will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Mt. Rose Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Lesly Wilkinson officiating.

Poncho was born January 4, 1956 in Livingston, Texas and passed away February 16, 2024 in Shepherd, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Crowson and Addron (Jolly) Crowson; brother, John Allen Crowson; sister, Nadine Smith; and great granddaughter, Luci Coleman.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Misty Murphy and David Luke; daughter and son-in-law, Amber LeLoux and Ryan; son and daughter-in-law, Jason Crowson and Michelle; grandchildren, William and wife Charlie, Samantha and husband Cody, Kara and husband Joseph, Kevin, Austin, Boss, Samahra, Jaigen, Adilyn; great grandchildren, Maci and Olivia; friend, Lori Harris; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue and Charles, Peggy and Tom, Shirley and Lane, Kathy and Charles; and brother, R. L. Crowson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
