Graveside services for James Kennedy, Jr., 74, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, December 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Steve Waldrep officiating.

James Leslie Kennedy, Jr. was born October 6, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to parents James Leslie Kennedy, Sr. and Eleanore (Todd) Kennedy and passed away on December 13, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Peggy (Haynes) Kennedy.  He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War.  James later worked as a lineman for S.W. Bell for over 20 years and he enjoyed hunting and fishing every chance he had.

Mr. Kennedy is survived by his daughter, Misty Ganzer and Brent of Georgetown, Colorado; son, Duke Kennedy of Houston, Texas; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
