James Edward Kramer, 77, of Livingston, Texas, was born September 19, 1946 in Houston, Texas and passed away May 15, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Kramer and Bobbie (Treybig) Kramer.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Kramer of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Shawn and Wendy Kramer of Colorado; son, Coy Kramer of San Antonio, Texas; and son, Clint Kramer of Colorado; along with numerous other family members and friends.
