James Carl Lambert was born July 1, 1952 in Huntsville, Texas to parents Jeff Carl Lambert and Geniece Ellen (Blair) Lambert, and passed away April 19, 2014 in Moscow, Texas. During his lifetime he worked in the maintenance industry. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Jerry Sneathern.

He is survived by wife his wife, Darlene Lambert of Moscow, Texas; daughter, Shantae Shifflet and John Shipman of Katy, Texas; sons, Robert Lambert and Jaime of Corrigan, Texas, Jeff Lambert of Diboll, Texas, Patrick Shifflet and Joanna of Nacogdoches, Texas; grandchildren, Troy, Drew, Tatum, Payton, Addison, J.T., Angie, Justin, Katelyn, and Abbigail; sisters, Patsy Landrum of Huntsville, Texas, Bobbie Wright of Garland, Texas; and numerous other relatives and friends.
